Catering Info

From basic coffee services to outdoor events of unlimited numbers, our goal is to provide a full range of quality and innovative catering services backed by a diverse, service-oriented staff and a wide range of resources available from our regional network.

As a catering service, our main function is Food! Our trained, professional staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of catering services. The quality of your food, however, does not rest upon the chefs alone. Every member of the Catering Department receives training on food and beverage services, as well as day-to-day experience on the job.

We are delighted to present a number of catering menus to address the varying needs of the SMCC community:

  • Classic Catering menu which includes every day menus for faculty and staff functions including a variety of services from coffee breaks, boxed lunches, receptions, and buffets and served dinners.
  • Our wedding planner includes offerings for major functions, formal affairs and of course menus for your special day.

The attached menus provide you with fresh, contemporary selections. However, this represents only a starting point. Our commitment is to customize and create whatever is required to provide your guests with an unforgettable experience. Bag Lunch Request Form

Any student on a SMCC meal plan can order a box lunch to be picked up at Oceanview Dining Hall  Just place your order by selecting a Sandwich and one item from the rest of the following categories and hit the submit button. That's it! It's that easy. Just make sure you bring you're student ID with you when you pick up your lunch for the checker/cashier to use to scan through the meal access system.

  • One word of caution: All orders need 24 hours notice.
  • If you have any questions please contact the Dining Hal at extension 5566.
  • Please note that all sandwiches are made with lettuce and tomatoes with condiments on the side. Special request may be noted in the comments section of the order form.
